12 Week Training Program 

£200

This package allows you to have the opportunity to pay for a block of training. This includes a full 12 weeks personalised training plan with nutrition advice and check-ins. This also gives you the chance to contact me during the 12 weeks if you need any help with exercises or nutrition.

Weight Management 

£50 per month

This monthly package allows you access training plans that are adapted around your goals and targets. Includes Training program, the fundamentals of nutrition and weekly check-ins. I am also available to contact at any time, for any help needed.

Sports Package 

£65 per month

This is a monthly package that gives athletes the chance to increase and develop specifically for their sporting events. This includes a personalised training programme based around developing your  performance in your events to achieve the next level. There will be training blocks that include different aspects needed for you to perform to the best of your ability; such as strength & conditioning, plyometrics, speed & power. This can be tailored to ANY sport.
