If you aren’t training often enough, this could be the biggest barrier to progression. With scheduled check-ins you will feel more compelled to go to the gym.
Correct form & technique
If you’re inexperienced with certain exercises in the gym, you can contact me and I will send you videos, detailed information and key points to focus on. This will help to ensure your safety and prevent injury. You’ll learn correct techniques and be introduced to new equipment that will increase your chance of hitting your targets.

You'll also be encouraged by a detailed and specific training plan which will be personalised to your goals and needs, meaning you will spend more time hitting key areas you’re keen to work on.
